I have/had no problems, that i recalled, just that not everyone is a member of either board, and in times of negotiations its a good idea to keep the Q&A's up to date, not via emails, phone calls (unless they are conf calls) and or rumors by H10 (just a gate)
...If "cuss, bi+<h, moan, whatever" can get us an even better contract, then we should also include that on the union board. Just keeping it professional. After all, we are the ones claiming to be professional asking for DL pay. AFAIK
