regardless of who interviews you, it's not technical. they are looking at your personality because they feel very strong about finding people that fit their culture. you should be able to sit down and have an HONEST conversation with anyone at this company. some people are good liers and slip through the cracks but for the most part their system seems to be working and I know a lot of great people that have made it.

I find it laughable that some of you are so offended by this. who cares whether or not they include FA's in the, again... none technical, interview proses. if you get an interview with jB, check your ego at the door.
