Your post is a bit unclear as to whether your target is actually the MEC, or if it's ALPA National. If you are talking about your MEC, then the key is whether or not the MEC has violated the Constitution and By-Laws.

If they haven't, you're better off trying to get some fellow pilots on board and forcing a change via a resolution or by electing new leadership (or even initiating a recall, which is not unheard of, but it isn't easy). If the C&BL have been violated, you can go to National, and they will guide you.

If your complaint is with the National Association, that is a whole different can of worms.
