There are ops spec for everything which give you relief from the basic 121 regulations. F9 flies to mexico under 121 domestic. Alaska under 121 Flag and then we perform charters under 121 supplmental but basically we only have a 121 domestic certificate. POIs cant even figure it out- they all will give you a different answer on what is 121 subpart Q, S and R.
