Pilot Negotiator (Untrained in negotiations other than a weekend crash course being facilitated by other untrained inexperienced pilot negotiatior)......"Sounds good."
Pilots have absolutley no business negotiating labor contracts. Regardless if its ALPO or an in house union. We need to let the attorneys and professional negotiators do the talking.
