Don't worry about guys like Junkyard phlyingPhil. I have been around the block and AWAC is a good company. Could things be better. Sure. But it's a regional. One of the best in my humble opinion.
As for keeping the dust off the resume, that's great advice while no matter what company you fly for. Study hard for your ATP, and at AWAC and you'll do great. Get your time. Enjoy the trips and the crews you'll fly with. Then move on to greener pastures if you see fit. Life's too short to be bitter. Make the most of it!
