Cubanfiredawg has struck the right balance...AWAC is going to be one of your top regionals for working conditions and if you are looking for shangrila...regionals are going to disappoint.

I may be a junior AWAC pilot but I have 17 years as a professional pilot flying pax and this is one of the top two employers I have worked for. Just like all the rest, management at times is going to make you feel unappreciated, but thats why we have a union contract, so that they can't be totally arbitrary.

Keep the resume fresh and always look to move on...but don't get bitter because no one likes to fly with a grump.
