I suspect several guys will start training with Atlas and leave for another Company while still in Miami. Wonder how that will make Atlas management feel... This has allegedly been happening all year. The type bumps your resume up and you get a call shortly there after. In the next contract management will possibly want a clause where you pay them back for the type if you don't stay long enough, but I say we hold out on that unless we get an industry standard contract.
Also, I'm betting the 10% difference between what Atlas contributes and what a major contributes is worth much more than $1.5 million for a 25-30 year old. I bet it's worth more than that to a 40 year old when you factor in that you make more at a major...
