Not sure whether the lack of production is due to poor quarterback play, poor offensive line play, or some combination, but I'm not impressed. Success in football requires more than just "being on the field." The really bad part is that this "quarterback" thinks his team is doing great and, even worse, he seems to have convinced quite a few of us that being down 34 points is an acceptable performance.
I don't see a lack of offensive production -- it's just that the defense has continued to allow points at the same time. Our offense has produced roughly 50 points since Lee got into the game, but the defense allowed about 40 (inflation), which keeps us still down 34 points.
So looking forward to football season!!!
