Don't think Delta ever gave those out and I am not sure what they would be used for. Time would be better spent doing the practice tests and ESV preparation.
Back when Delta actually trained its pilots, the cockpit panels were often mounted on a trainee's hotel walls and used for chair flying in between bouts of studying systems and preparing for orals.
I'm guessing the mounting to the wall hotel walls stopped since trainees have unlimited access to the CAPT trainers.
