Airline managements have complained about costs for decades.. Nothing new! Our management just has to do better at managing, especially IROPS. Those of you coming here just realize we are getting close to entering section 6 negotiations and the word cost will eventually be said weekly. Our negotiating committee will have to play the game with this management. I strongly believe we will not get all of what we want and deserve. However the company is turning profits and growing at the same time. As long as that continues we will make improvements in many areas during negotiations. It is just going to take a LONG time.
