Here is the problem I seen with this: it doesn't reflect deferred compensation. For example, most of these regionals have 401k matching of different amounts. Also, ExpressJet has an additional company B fund contribution on top of the 401k matching. This makes a huge difference in my total compensation! Without these taken into consideration, it's not a very accurate depiction of the compensation these charts seeks to do.
