Upgrade times will be back to two years or less soon. Pilots will come. They will come as they used to, to get their time and get out. BB loves his lifers and the captains will bite on a ta when the money is enough. The key is upgrade time, which will normalize soon.
BB doesn't like his lifer captains, it is actually the opposite. He likes people to come there, work for about 4 years and then leave and be replaced by another worker bee. Right now though, there are not enough pilots willing to work for him or his battle ax HR department.
