Do they take pilots out of the pool in the order they were interviewed? And if so, what are the dates of interviewees that have been receiving training dates? That's how they did it a year ago, but nothing is official. Keep this in mind, I was around #30 in the pool after being hired 14 months prior to my actual class date and they asked if I could start in the first class of 4 because quite a few people in front of me in the pool found opportunities elsewhere, be ready for the call at any moment. Delta announced they were hiring on a Saturday , Compass called two days later on Monday, and asked if I could start 3 days later on a Thursday...
