a internal rec is a obvious necessity... but are folks getting on with just RJ PIC and 6-7,000 hours, or is there something else needed to be competitive... mainline type aircraft time, checkairman or office type stuff, etc. Just because you have TPIC is not a qualifier for now because their are so many people that have that same thing so you need something to set yourself apart from the crowd.
