- NO Vacation
-3 UNPAID personal days annually that do NOT roll over. If the personal days are taken in the middle of rotation and are you not sent out or brought back to work- there is no compensation until your next rotation.
- 2 paid sick days annually- DO NOT roll over, but paid out.

Daily Pay
ALL FO 220.00
CA BE400 320.00; HS125 354.00; CL604 465.00
0-5% annual raise based on fuel burn, sim eval and general behavior
Perdiem 40.00 per day Domestic and Canada
60.00 per day International but only paid if overnight ( CAN is NOT Int'l)
Annual Bonus paid the 2Q of the following year based on days of service- 1 day of pay per 40 days worked.

401K – (Something close to this)- matches .50 to each dollar up to 5% with vesting periods. Full vest is 7 years. Most fund plans costing upwards of 0.5%
Training
Compensated 100.00 per day if on day ON. You forfeit your daily rate and are only paid the 100.00
If training on days OFF- appropriate daily rate is paid (ex. 220.00 or 320.00)
Almost EVERYONE TRAINS ON DAYS OFF
Typical recurrent is 4 days plus Travel days - to be completed before or after a 15 day rotation. Normally 15 ON, 4 days train, 1 travel then, 8 off followed by another 15 day rotation. = 8 off in 35 once a year.
All initial and recurrent sim conducted by Flight Safety
6mo checks for CAs only – in house eval at Sim Com
All Seats are given PIC Type
Contract
19,500.00 NON-prorated
Begins on day one of INDOC
Transitioning pilots expected to sign a new contract and take a pay freeze until upgrade.
Uniform
490.00 to be paid on day one of indoc with either CC or Check.
Includes, 2 pairs of pants, one blazer and a winter coat
Other
Crew meals- Only awarded if on duty for more than 8 hours with no 1 hour breaks.
Travel Home- must be in domicile after 3AM ( local time zone) before another day of pay is awarded.
