Really? They said they simply accepted what was passed across the table to them? I don't think so. At least, that's not what they said at the roadshow I attended.

That's the part that I heard too. So, exactly what else would you expect your negotiating agent to say? How would you feel if he said he had just struck a deal on your behalf for whatever reason that was NOT the best you could get? Why would he strike such a deal?
