There is nothing complicated or confusing about the procedures, just different. Urge your friend to stop comparing previous carrier procedures, which bear no relevance at PSA whatsoever, and it should be smooth sailing. Also, the weight and balance is easy. It's a whiz wheel. How much simpler can it get?
