It has nothing to do with the procedures under the context we are discussing.

But yea.....Waiting for an ACARS printout is surely procedural.

I love when someone throws out the "transport category aircraft" card to make it sound more ominous. It's like when your mom used to say your full name, including middle, to let you know you were REALLY in for it.
