Does anyone know how long it takes to start using CASS and family travel benefits. it may be in here somewhere but I've surfed through a lot of the pages to no avail.
Please don't think I'm sounding too eager, coming from another airline I'm used to having them, so it'll be tough to not have them, if we end up with big break between ground and sim. I start class Aug 25.
