I took a chance on Universal Flight Training in Sarasota. They have a Piper Seminole. Jose was their lead instructor/owner, who was very patient with me, and made sure I was ready for my ATP check. 4 flights and an evaluation flight. Their check airmen is a busy guy, I had to schedule him 2 months in advance. Very fair evaluation flight and ground eval. If you need something sooner, might not be your best option.
