Yesssss. At the very least do away with the hat. We're not piloting a boat. And it actually looks bad for half the pilots wearing them. Unless you're military trained and know how to properly wear the hat it does more harm to your imagine. And yes most females can not support wearing a hat, sorry no offense but you look like a little boy!
