Nope and nope. While neither will happen, if one of them did, it would preclude the other anyway.
The only way for the labor busting backstabbers at RAH "air group" management to get their hooks into larger flying for DL will be under existing loopholes, and that's even if they don't implode under the unstsuainability of their failed "ACMI for the majors" model.
