Atlas is a great option for regional pilots looking to move up and bolster their resumes. Until we see a fair salary, work rule improvements, and a decent retirement package, the "flow through" will be more active at Atlas than at many of the regionals.

This model has changed due to poor pay and quality of life at the regional level. Now, nobody wants to be a regional pilot. The thought process has shifted. Management now wants a flow to attract pilots and keep their regional staffed. If the only way to a major is via a flow, then there isn't a regional staffing issue anymore.
