Well, first of all, the union guys will say that we are not out of compliance... yet. But we will be. The question is how to make us whole without selling those jobs for money. I do not have a good answer for that.
And the whole pay thing is... and has been quite obvious to me for a long long long time. Too bad nobody listens. If I were paid based on longevity, I wouldn't care if I were bumped. Now, I certainly will, and so will a whole lot of other guys.
And there will be a follow on WB order coming, but it is beginning to look like a net wash career earnings wise. I think your stagnation statement is quite over the top though. We are gonna hire a bunch of guys in the coming years. SOMEBODY is going to be moving up, the newhires cannot all be going into the 717/88...
