I think we need to face facts. Whatever we've been doing to try and preserve our international widebody jobs isn't working. Those jobs are continuing to go away despite our various contract sections and LOAs.
Now Dickson wants to "engage the association" yet again to deal with more displacements off the international fleet.
Every time we engage, we end up worse off.
Maybe its time to disengage. Instead of re-writing our contract whenever management needs something, why don't we try enforcing what we've got?

I think if Einstein were on the seniority list here he might have a quote defining insanity. Something about doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
