It's on the news page. But it doesn't say Delta will grow by 3%. It says the "combined JV trans-Atlantic network" will grow by 3%.
But Hauenstein's memo says we are reducing capacity:
"In the next few months,
reductions to capacity in the Atlantic will free up B777-200ERs and 767-300s, allowing us to deploy these aircraft to the Pacific. As a result of the availability of these smaller-gauged aircraft, we will retire four less-efficient B747-400 aircraft sooner than planned."
