I think there are a lot of good comments on here regarding this, but this is a different type of flying than regionals. Some folks might think it's a huge QOL increase and others might hate it. Depends on your personal perspective.

I have been at Atlas for a little over two years and dont have an app in anywhere yet. I do love it here but those who want a career here have a responsibility to make it better for the long run. If I am going to stay here for the next 25 years then when its all over I want to able to have something to show for it. Retirement and some of the work rules in their current state are not up to par. All Atlas has to do is allow me to respect myself by working here. 95% of the FO's that Ive talked to age group 30-45 agree and also feel that if it doesnt change soon than they are going to make a strong push to leave.
