This management group has proven that when staffing issues suggest that they should improve a contract that they will put their fingers in their ears and scream "lalalalalala," and then continue to demand concessions. If your contract is so great then there shouldn't be rumblings about your MEC contacting national in an attempt for contract improvements just barely a year after having voted in concessions to undercut members of the same national union.
