This management group has proven that when staffing issues suggest that they should improve a contract that they will put their fingers in their ears and scream "lalalalalala," and then continue to demand concessions. The PSA pilots made their bed, now they get to sleep in it. If your contract is so great then there shouldn't be rumblings about your MEC contacting national in an attempt for contract improvements just barely a year after having voted in concessions to undercut members of the same national union.

I'm just relaying the information I was told.
Improving our hiring agreement has nothing to do with our contract being good, or bad. There are plenty of posts regarding what is in, and what isn't in our contract.
Decide for yourselves.
