I can't imagine any regional MEC has even tried to raise first year pay. ALPA simply does not care to raise the bar. Pay increase come in percentages and new hires best not spend their meager increases in one place. When you have a group like Endeavor willing to cap FO pay years before any of them can imagine an upgrade I don't think we need to rally congress to change things when we can't even fix the Bush League.
