AAG hasent really honored their bluff until they move the 700's. A draw down would have occurred anyway with Republic's planes coming on.

PSA was offered a 61% increase in their fleet count, I don't think Eagle was ever able to vote on a deal that included a fleet of 350+ frames.

Lastly your not quite out the woodworks yet, AAG can easily wait until your last 900 is on the property and then sell you back 35 ragged out 200 frames with something else, or risk furloughs. Btw the half of the company with the most to loose will be just off year 1 and be a able to vote.
There seems to be misunderstanding about this. Our contract was the same as it is now before eagle vote or even the AA merger. The TA you're talking about only included pay caps, and the preferential hiring thing. The SAP, min day and all the other soft pay sections were never touched.
