There seems to be misunderstanding about this. Our contract was the same as it is now before eagle vote or even the AA merger. The TA you're talking about only included pay caps, and the preferential hiring thing. The SAP, min day and all the other soft pay sections were never touched.
So, if Eagle would have taken the concessionary offered right after Endeavor had, than PSA would have......?
