Good. Now that we have that out of the way.

If our union actually is talking to the company, which is pure unadulterated rumor at this point all they are trying to do is to make our hiring agreement a little better. Either by increasing the number taken every month, or by making it a full blown flow through. The 12/4 is staying. Again, this was all in their original strategy of "play ball now, improvements later."

As far as me being a proponent of the deal: Hindsight being 20/20 I'd probably vote yes at this point after seeing what happened to PSA voting yes, and Eagle after voting no. It's not because I'm "spineless" or a "sellout" it's because it was the smart decision at that time. We also locked in the really really really good parts of our contract for the next 10 years. Parts of the contract that no one at PSA, pilots included, had any idea were as good as they were at that time. We guaranteed that PSA will exist until 2023 in writing via an agreement for acft. That guarantee, coupled with (maybe) trouble hiring gives PSA leverage in negotiations to possibly get a full flow or an increase in required pilots moving from PSA to AAG per month.

I agree that it "isn't fair" that AAG is posting profits and we need to give but unfortunately that is the name of the game at this point for wholly owns which is a unique situation compared to other regionals. Again, this isn't because I'm "spineless" it's because I can see the writing on the wall.

Your union's mantra that "no one can staff" is clearly untrue as Mesa, Compass, and PSA continue to fill every single class they run.

On a seperate note, what are the upgrade times right now at Eagle? I'd like to throw some rough numbers at you after your response.
This response represents a part of why you idiots are completely hopeless. Where did I say they won't eventually offer us a good deal?

I'll help you out there... I never did. Putting words in peoples' mouths is the only way you failures can ever have any semblance of an argument.

The company has already willfully violated your recently signed flow through agreement by withholding pilots, so your response is to politely ask them to increase the flow in the future? Good luck on getting any improvements whatsoever. You PSA'ers are like a hooker who puts out before getting paid and then demands the money while being shoved out the door. Only difference is that you don't have some pimp to back you up.

Instead you have an MEC chairman who had proudly stated that he would be amenable to taking MORE concessions for MORE airplanes. Way to secure your "leverage" there.

As for upgrade time at Eagle... I am a senior FO who stands to benefit the most from more planes. But guess what? I don't give a sht! This company can go out of business tomorrow for all I care. This job is so easily replaceable in a myriad of other careers it's ridiculous. If everyone thought like me, and if this joke of a company needs us as much as their actions indicate they do, Parker and pals would not have a leg to stand on.

You have hidden behind your no vote a lot in the past. Nice to know you fit in with the rest of the pilots over there. I bet ol' Jerry thinks he made an easy kill out of you all.
