Deep down they all thought that was going to happen. So far the company has done what they said they were going to do. Send planes elsewhere. PSA Mesa has no problems attracting new hires.
Get Real, there won't be any pay raises at this joint. The only way to get a raise is by upgrading and we aren't so.
