Um yeah by cold calling people over the phone and offering them class dates on the spot with no interview required. I'm sorry but Eagle is a bit more picky than that with their hiring practices. You are not comparing apples to apples my friend. Also I don't believe for a minute that we are trying real hard to fill classes, I think they want to shrink this company down, but who really knows why....
