The company has already willfully violated your recently signed flow through agreement by withholding pilots, so your response is to politely ask them to increase the flow in the future? Good luck on getting any improvements whatsoever. You PSA'ers are like a hooker who puts out before getting paid and then demands the money while being shoved out the door. Only difference is that you don't have some pimp to back you up.
The company withholding pilots was absolutely not in violation of our agreement. They are allowed to hold up to the full amount until December of each year. They have been taking the agreed upon amount since june and will take extras after august to catch up.
Instead you have an MEC chairman who had proudly stated that he would be amenable to taking MORE concessions for MORE airplanes. Way to secure your "leverage" there.

As for upgrade time at Eagle... I am a senior FO who stands to benefit the most from more planes. But guess what? I don't give a sht! This company can go out of business tomorrow for all I care. This job is so easily replaceable in a myriad of other careers it's ridiculous. If everyone thought like me, and if this joke of a company needs us as much as their actions indicate they do, Parker and pals would not have a leg to stand on.
