I know, I just meant would it get pinged with greater than 10 years but less than all the way back to HS
if it otherwise would have been pinged. I already told him to hack the rest of it in and he's doing that now. But he had a few internals including the "your friend will be reviewed" email but has not recieved a "fix it" email yet.
If anything his entire work history is a clinic of hard work, persistence and self starting so IMO he should put it all in regardless. I'm just trying to figure out of he wasted his internals (with follow ups) by not having everything in back to HS.
