Nice, so you make accusations and then when we tell you which MOU you say you can't find it and when it's clarified for you where it is, now you say it's not signed. Well it looks like to me that it was signed by the xjt MEC chairman, the NC chairman, and the vp of flight ops on November 16, 2011.
It would be easier to just apologize instead of trying to back track.
