You can live in whatever reality you choose and believe what ever you want to believe. I know my paycheck and days off are better than my friends at envoy who have more years of service. One of them (CLT commuter) has an interview with PSA next week as he has seen that you internet blowhards and tough talking line guys have no clue. Just stay in your envoy echo chamber, you seem to be happy being miserable.
