No worries! WTI = Weapons and Tactics Instructor. Graduate of one of the following courses which is put on by NSAWC: TOPGUN (VFA), SEAWOLF (HSM/HSC), HAVOK (VAQ), CAEWWS (VAW). I'm not sure what the VQ/VP dudes do however I know the VP guys do at least a portion of their course at NSAWC.
