You could always go to a legacy but IMO the dumbest thing anyone can do is "wait it out" at a regional........
I agree with all that Joey.
I'm at an ULCC after all. I just don't think the wait to go wherever this guy really wants will be that long. No sense in going through a year at $38/hr when he could stay put at his RJ Captain rate and go to UAL a year later for example. Saying that he needs the fast upgrade at NK to make it work financially tells me that we just don't pay enough to support his lifestyle. Why suggest financial hardship to someone unnecessarily? I like it where I am, but I don't presume to push the same choices on others.
