I bet they want B. But, it kind of depends on the aircraft. In the B738 sim I had the instructor tell me to do brakes, spoilers reverse...which is different from the 10, where its brakes, reverse, spoilers. But then again, we have a FE still in the 10 that can grab the spoiler handle for us. But in any case, it's always brakes first...so B (after throttles idle of course).
