In 2004, I made 237/hour on the 73NG/A. In 2014, I make 210/hour on the 73NG/A. I am now the same percentage in category today as I was in 2004.

Forget inflation in the calculation for a moment. I still need a 13% increase to get back to that point. This isn't including work rule give backs, loss of pension or lack of progression due to merger and age 65.

We are no where near restored. We have a ways to go.
