I haven't heard any rumors/projections regarding hiring for 2015, but we are due to receive 12 A321s. (15 Airbuses per year after that through 2020, subject to change and no clue if they will all be growth or replacements).

August 2014 junior lineholder (around 2855 total pilots as of bid closing):
JFK 320 FO- #2674
JFK 190 FO- #2628
BOS 320 FO- #2668
BOS 190 FO- #2703
FLL 320 FO- #2247
MCO 320 FO- #2146
MCO 190 FO- #2259
LGB 320 FO- #2103

Junior pilot in base for August bidding:
JFK 320 FO- #2855
JFK 190 FO- #2815
BOS 320 FO-#2829
BOS 190 FO- #2816
FLL 320 FO- #2572
MCO 320 FO- #2172
MCO 190 FO- #2330
LGB 320 FO- #2551

Which is better option if you want to go to MCO at the end??? Can you go 320 and then bid the 190 for a different base?
There's a 2 year seat lock. So you'll be on your initial equipment for 2 years before you can bid to the other.

I recommend the E190 first, as people sometimes struggle learning the Bus simultaneously with JetBlue procedures. It's a lot to take in. Plus you'll be more senior quicker on the 190. There's about to be a bunch of people moving off the 190 as their seat locks expire. The beginning of the last big wave of hiring was almost exactly 2 years ago, so expect this next bid to have a decent number of transitions.
Thanks for your input. I don't mind FLL neither, I'm about 2.5 hours from FLL. I know I will be commuting to BOS or JFK for a couple of years.

My guess is wait and see what's offered, if I ever get an interview and a class.
