Now that brings back a memory of my first local meeting. My mom was visiting family and my dad forgot to arrange for a sitter, so along I came. It was 1962 and I was made an honorary member and given the responsibility of closing the meeting with the gavel ( big heavy ash tray). Lot's of smokers in the room. They used a lot of words that I didn't understand too.
