Not at all. I do not believe pilots should make $5 million a year.
I do believe in fairness and balance. Their compensation has increased 300% to 700% since chapter 11.
The Delta pilots need 18% to 20% to return to a pay rate that is over a decade old with no inflation.
You can apologize for management all you want. I respect your right to your opinion.
I, for one, would like to see some balance. Not a 300% increase for the Delta pilots. Just 20% plus some inflation date of signing.
