We lack leadership that matches toe-to-toe with management's leadership. The MEC and rank & file pilots were OK with another 3% contract because they felt management would change their stripes and treat this round of negotiations differently than they ever have before. Really? It's this kind of behavior that allows management to retrain the upper hand even when our union leaders have management's playbook.
