Psh..rolling takeoffs are for amateurs. A real pro will taxi straight perpendicular to the centerline or even turn a little to get closer to the edge lights. At a slow crawl, wait to the last possible second, then max out the tiller and do a big boy turn like an A340 so you can use every INCH of the runway.
