A capped captain at PSA has the same earning power as an 18yr captain at Eagle due to work rules. On top of that they will have more flexibility, and therefore, more QoL.
Keep thinking that isn't true. Fact is if your union offered a carbon copy of PSA's contract to AAG it would immediately be rejected.
You idiots think you exist in a vacuum. You keep ignoring the fact that you knowingly undercut us to get shiny airplanes. Such actions have repercussions.
Our union is not so idiotic as to offer a PSA based concessionary proposal to the company during a time of an industry wide pay shortage. In ten years your pilots will be the lowest paid bottom feeders in the industry.
